Co-ordination of all facilities resources, both externally and internally procured; to provide general administrative and co-ordination support within the Facilities Department including IT support all in accordance with the company core values of People Performing Safely.

 

• To ensure all administrative procedures are in place for audit and control purposes

• Maintain records of plant and machinery hired by the Company, including the hired-in database.

• Respond to telephone enquiries from external suppliers and site and contract management.

• Check and verify supplier prices and rates reporting on issues and discrepancies to the Facilities Manager.

• Maintain good client relationships with external suppliers and sites.

• Proactively review processes and procedures and make recommendations for improvements or cost savings where appropriate

• Communication and liaison with all relevant employees to ensure a teamwork approach to problem solving and business operation
