Job purpose

Currently recruiting for an HR Administrator. You will have experience in a similar role and will be joining a motivated and dynamic team based in Bellshill.

Key Responsibilities

- Be the first point of contact for HR queries from employees across imaging
- Maintenance and update of employee details across our HR systems and employee files
- Administration of time and attendance system
- Employee absence and holiday administration 
- Administration of company pension scheme, company private healthcare plan and company cars, including keeping ADP and car master spreadsheet fully up to date
- Benefits administration, including gym memberships and cycle to work scheme
- Support with the collation of monthly HR statistics
- Monthly UK pension upload to Standard Life
- Administration of Childcare voucher 
- Support in the recruitment process including posting vacancies, sifting candidates, responding to candidate applications and support with 1st stage interviews
- Manage the administration of the employee induction process, including creation of induction packs and plans for new joiners
- Conduct regular reviews of HR data held to ensure compliance with GDPR
- Ensuring HR administration process documentation is reviewed regularly and updates as required 
- Support in the updating and creation of HR policies 

Education/ experience

- Previous experience in a similar HR administration role is desirable 
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office 365 package
- Previous experience on HR and Learning Management software is desirable
