Job Information

Our Clients who are based in Birmingham require a HR Officer to support the large team of producers and Manufacturers of a famous consumer product.

Responsibilities

:

Provide transactional HR administration support such as maternity/paternity and adoption leave, contracts of employment

Assisting with recruitment and selection activity for the Aston site

Organising all joiner induction programmes and conducting the first day HR induction for new joiners.

Be the first point of HR contact for all Aston employees.

Act as a liaison between HR management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.

Support, co-ordinate and deliver HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)

Provide HR advice on employee related matters, organisational change and employee/employment relation.

 

Experience:

Knowledge of practices of Human Resources

Previous HR experience gained at either Advisor or Officer level (2 years)

Proven experience in an advisory capacity

Employee Relations and Employment Law Knowledge

 

Education:

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle, able to travel occasionally to other offices/locations

CIPD Level 5 qualified or studying towards (CIPD Level 3 qualified minimum)

Coaching qualification desirable
