An exciting opportunity to join award-winning team of Independent Financial Advisers who provide a personal, independent, and bespoke wealth management service to high-net-worth clients, with offices in London, Leeds City Centre and Bath.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- To embed and embrace the Values and Culture of the organisation
- To own the process of attracting and retaining all the talent
- To Project Manage in-house talent programmes
- To source, select and recruit for the Graduate Scheme, FPE Academy and PP Academy
- Interview candidates to understand their requirements and gain valuable market information
- Maintain the ATS system and deliver the analytics required by the business
- Undertake the onboarding process
- Oversee the induction process
- Work with Management and Team Leaders to ensure that individual and team resourcing and succession planning needs are identified, and appropriate plans are agreed and implemented
- Undertake external benchmarking on roles to ensure competitive advantage
- Develop and maintain our recruitment related - HR policies and procedures in line with Company and legislative requirements 
- Support the HR team with any projects or tasks as and when required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in HR generalist/recruitment role
- Member of the CIPD
- Ability to Identify and improve policies and procedures and ways of working
- Experience of developing a talent pipeline
- Stakeholder management
- Experience of managing and overseeing colleague relation cases 
- Coaching and development of Line managers throughout the recruitment process
- Ability to influence, persuade and inspire others
- Ability to organise own time and prioritise workload is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical and reporting skills
