We are working with an established law firm, and they are recruiting for an experienced In-house Recruitment Advisor / Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the team ASAP.
 
Working as part of a team of 3 in recruitment and working as part of the wider HR team (totalling10 people), the role will support the business with all areas of recruitment across all locations. This will include the on-going recruitment of fee and non-fee earning staff, annual internships, work experience schemes and graduate recruitment drives.
 
Ideally candidates will have proven recruitment experience within a professional services environment, although candidates from all sectors, including both internal and agency recruiters will be considered. Key duties and responsibilities will include;
 
-Working as part of a team of 3 within the in-house recruitment team, reporting into the Recruitment Manager and supporting the wiser HR team with recruitment activities
-Managing all areas of the recruitment administration process including; drafting and updating job descriptions, drafting adverts for website, job boards and social media channels, drafting and updating interview questions and keeping vacancy and invoice trackers up to date
-Monitoring the recruitment inbox; answering and escalating queries
-Process and reconcile invoices for recruitment costs
-Managing the recruitment process, including; campaign management, undertake briefing meetings/ calls with hiring Partners/ managers, screen and longlist applicants, oversee the coordination of the selection process, provide interview support, where necessary (typically non-fee-earning roles), making verbal offers and sending offer letters
-Research/ advise on recommended/ cost effective sourcing channels, provide advice and support on appropriate selection methods
-Ensure recruitment compliance checks have been completed, including compliance with general firm processes and data protection standards (GDPR)
-Supplier management; Relationship management of agency PSL, On-going review of the PSL, negotiating and agreeing terms of business and ensuring up to date terms are in place
-Day to day supervision/ work allocation of the recruitment assistant
-Support HR and Recruitment Manager with projects and service delivery initiatives
-Ongoing review and update of careers page content
-Support wider HR projects and initiatives, where appropriate

Candidates will need to have proven recruitment experience managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ideally within the legal or professional services industries (although all industries will be considered).
