 We are recruiting for a HR Advisor within a recruitment and selection team for a Nationwide Estate Agency. The role ideally will be based in Peterborough, also have offices in Birmingham, London and Leeds if this would be your preferred location, hybrid, 2-3 days in the office with CIPD qualifications or working towards. 

Recruitment

  • Work with the Recruitment Manager to support the recruitment and selection process.
  • Responsible for the recruitment process
  • Support HR Assistant with administration and ad-hoc business services roles
  • Respond to speculative career/job opportunity enquiries, tracking & liaising with the recruitment manager to support the development of talent pipelines
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter tool to maximise direct sourcing and educate hiring managers with utilising their LinkedIn networks to attract talent.
  • Ensure requests to recruit are processed correctly and approvals are in place before interviews conducted
  • Liaise with candidates and line managers on a regular basis, ensuring timely communication
  • Co-ordinate interview arrangements & where appropriate support with interviews in relevant offices across the UK.
  • Provide support to candidates & the business in the absence of the Recruitment Manager
  • Deal with recruitment agencies, Ts& Cs, invoices etc.
  • Support the tracking of the firm’s recruitment spend
  •  Assist in managing the graduate recruitment process and strategy with support from the HR Assistant, utilising relevant attraction methods coordinating responses and tracking for Graduate recruitment in a timely and effective manner
  • Liaise with and manage university contacts to develop relationships further and generate more on campus awareness of graduate opportunities; attend and conduct skills presentations where possible 

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Experience of working in a recruitment/resourcing environment either in-house or agency
  • High levels of competence with MS office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience of candidate management/systems
  • Knowledge of legislation affecting recruitment
  • Full driving license
  • CIPD or working towards
