We are assisting a well-established consultancy firm and they are looking to recruit an experienced Head of HR to join the business ASAP.
 
Reporting into the CEO the role would have full responsibility for the HR function, providing HR support to c200 employees across multiple sites. Leading a team of 3 people, the role will work both strategically and operationally, leading on key projects and working as part of the senior team. Key duties and responsibilities will include;
 
-Delivering the People strategy that aligns and support the business 5-year plan.
-Providing strategic HR advice and guidance, advising the Management Board and Senior team on the people implications of any business decisions.
-Lead and develop all areas of the people function, including develop and implement HR initiatives in line with organisational objectives.
-Supporting across all operational HR activities, developing and reinforcing the company’s culture, development and recruitment.
-Creation and implementation of HR related policies and programmes.
-Overseeing and management of all generalist HR areas including, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, ER, employee wellbeing, compensation & benefits, workforce planning, diversity & inclusion, organisation development & design
-Providing key HR analytics and monthly reports for the board that support on key people matters and decisions.
-Supporting and leading on change management and organisation development & design
-Rolling out key HR projects, including new HR and Learning system, Hybrid working policies, Annual appraisal process, Reward and benefits review and company audits.
-Act as an HR expert providing coaching, advice and guidance on complex ER matters and Employment Law.
-Oversee Health & Safety and Occupational Health.
-Coach and mentor the HR team and ensure the growth and development of the department and individuals

For this role candidates will ideally be CIPD Qualified and must have proven experience working at a similar level, supporting across all strategic and operational HR areas for a growing business. Professional services / Consultancy industry experience (or similar) would be advantageous.
 
This is a hands-on role and candidates must be able to provide support to the business across all areas of generalist HR from employee through to board level. They are looking for candidate who can work to a fact paced environment, deliver quickly on key projects and roll out of effective business initiatives.
