This role would be ideal for a Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner / HR Generalist or HR Manager with strong operational HR experience, looking for a short term role with an established business that may also be extended / go permanent.

 

Reporting into the CEO, the main focus of the role will be to support all operational needs of the business - c200 employees and provide expert HR advice and guidance on all generalist operational areas of HR. Key duties and responsibilities will include;

 

-Be the main point of contact for key areas of HR to the senior team and managers

-Provide advice and guidance on a range of Employee Relations and performance matters

-Act as a HR expert, supporting managers with HR best practice and employment law queries

-Roll out some key projects to the business - hybrid policy, annual appraisals, and company audit preparation

-Able to provide HR support, coaching and guidance on all operational HR issues through a pragmatic and commercially sound approach

-Oversee and support 3 members of the HR team.

-Support the business on H&S and Occupational health.

For this role it is essential that candidates have proven generalist HR experience at this level and ideally be CIPD Qualified. Experience within professional services or consultancy (or similar) would be ideal, although not essential.

 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to convey the business story, share clear messages and make complex ideas easy to understand.

 

The role is hybrid working with a split of home and office working.
