HR Business Partner

Full-time/Permanent - based in Oldham

An exciting opportunity to join an established manufacturer of glasshouses and greenhouses who are on a steady growth trajectory.  The position will be predominantly site based but with some flexibility surrounding working hours.  

This role will be ideal for an HR Advisor looking for their next career move or a junior HRBP looking to move into a role in which they can grow and develop with the organisation.

Experience/Qualifications

- HR 'Qualified'… Minimum 3-years in an HRBP role in a similar business sector
- Educated to degree level or graduate calibre, CIPD qualified
- Hands on. Self-motivated.
- Strong Communication skills
- Manufacturing experience within a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- People, payroll, strong skills in development, PDP, developing RP's / JD's, Multichannel Ads, digital, disciplinary
- Be able to develop a clear understanding of all company structures, products, and services  
- Take the initiative to learn
- Communications - This role has a need for a strong, clear communicator. Someone who works well under pressure. Stays calm. Logically works through the needs of the business and our customer and can 'lead and support' information transfer with our teams in the UK 
- Customer Focus - In essence first class 'customer service' at a critical level. Your customers are internal 
- Great attention to detail
- Work a schedule to support the business
- Knowledge and an understanding of working in manufacturing, Sales and Marketing environments
- Highly experienced in working with Microsoft Excel, Word, etc. Bright HR or similar and NAV Dynamics experience will be an advantage 
- Will have an open, confident communication style and approach
