We are working with a well-established and growing research consultancy, and they are recruiting for an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to join the business ASAP.
 
The role would be ideal for a seasoned Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition / In-House Recruitment Professional who is looking to join an ambitious and prestigious global business.
 
Reporting into the People Director and leading the Talent Acquisition team, the focus of the role will be to oversee and manage the entire talent lifecycle, from talent attraction and acquisition, through to onboarding. This is an exciting opportunity, working at a fast pace, where you can make a difference and shape the way this business thinks about Talent.
 
Key duties and responsibilities will include;
 
-Leading a team of 3-4 people and working as part of the senior team, managing all recruitment and talent attraction on a global basis
-Work with the Head of People on an effective talent strategy to support the business with on-going and continual growth - c25% year on year
-Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process - from talent attraction and acquisition, through to onboarding.
-Attract the brightest and best candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds
-Provide strong partnership to the business to ensure pipelines of talent meet the various demands of the business.
-Oversee all levels of recruitment from Graduate Apprenticeship, Intern schemes, experienced hires through to C-Suite recruitment
-Talent mapping, headhunting and using a variety of proactive recruitment strategies, including social media, job boards, referrals, headhunting (via LinkedIn), agencies, building your own industry networks and developing talent communities
-Review, streamline and implement robust and effect talent processors to produce an excellent candidate experience.
-Ensure the recruitment team qualify candidates and support with assessment centres
-Utilise and deliver an effective Applicant Tracking System to capture metrics for all recruiting activities and provide regular updates to your stakeholders
-Provide market information to the senior team on salary and benefit benchmarking etc

For this role candidates will need to have proven internal Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruitment experience at this level (both UK and Global) and ideally have experience recruiting niche talent in professional industries.
 
This role is both operational and strategic, so candidates need to be able to implement an effective talent strategy, whilst being hands on with all recruitment activities.
 
Candidates will need to hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be confident working in a busy, fast paced role.
