We are working with an established and growing architecture firm, and they are recruiting for an experienced Marketing & Communications Assistant to join the business.
 
Reporting into the Communications Manager the focus of the role will be to support the business with a full range of marketing and communications activities. Key duties and responsibilities will include;
 
-Working as part of a team of 2, working closely with the Communications Managers, providing support across all marketing and communications for the firm
-Supporting internal communications initiatives, including in-house events and blogs
-Managing and supporting on a range of traditional and digital marketing initiatives and activities
-Maintaining and manage the practice’s social media accounts and website.
-Producing material for magazines, websites, and other types of press.
-Developing a range of marketing materials including, publications, thought pieces, press releases, branded firm templates, social media posts, newsletters and film scripts.
-Producing engaging presentations, press packs and brochures.
-Assisting with preparing and coordinating talks, lectures, and events.
-Identifying and coordinating awards entries.
-Supporting the maintenance of the office CRM and image database systems.

For this role candidates will need to have proven Marketing and/or Communications experience at this level and ideally hold industry experience within architecture, construction (or similar industry) and creative processors.
 
Candidates must be confident in preparing engaging writing, be motived, confident and hold strong communication skills. Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (or similar software) would be advantageous, although not essential.
