Job Information

We are working with an established and growing architecture firm, and they are recruiting for an experienced HR Assistant to join the business.
 
Reporting into the Head of HR the focus of the role will be to support the business with a full range of HR activities and HR administration. Key duties and responsibilities will include;
 
-Working as part of a team of 2, working closely with the Head of HR, providing support across all areas of HR for 150 employees
-Day to day HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
-Processing starters and leavers, managing the onboarding process, exit interviews, probation reviews etc
-Supporting across all areas of recruitment administration, including job adverts, screening candidates, shortlisting, arranging interviews and offers etc
-Attending ER, redundancy and performance meetings, providing admin support and note taking
-Dealing with first line HR queries from employees and stakeholders
-Coordinating and supporting across the Training / L&D offering
-Managing and updating the HR system and maintaining employee records
-Supporting with payroll and benefits administration
-Support the Head of HR with all aspects of administration support and assisting on key HR projects and initiatives

For this role candidates will need to have proven HR experience at this level and ideally hold industry experience within architecture, construction (or similar industry) and creative processors.
 
Candidates must be confident in supporting across the full employee life cycle, be organised and hold strong HR administration experience.
