HR Advisor 

Based in Crewe 
Full-time, permanent
Salary - £35k-£38k plus benefits

Role
To provide a lead resourcing support to UK and EU sites in relation to all operational recruitment and induction activity and to support generalist HR activity including ER, communications and performance management against agreed KPIs and standards. 
 
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Recruitment and Selection Lead recruitment campaigns at all levels. Develop appropriate resourcing plans to ensure time to fill is achieved. Support all interviews and develop selection processes.
- HR Planning Support HR projects as required to deliver improvements in colleague engagement, capability, communication and system development. Support organisational changes in line with policy and legal requirements
- Communication and Engagement Support the development of a compelling Employer brand.
- People Management & Development Support the development of the UK Learning Management System (LMS).
- HR Governance Coach and develop managers in the effective application of people policies through 121 and workshops
- Financial Management & Reporting Support HR and system administration as required to ensure accurate records and files are in place. Provide cover as required for the HR coordinator to ensure the accurate provision of payroll, HR administration and reporting.
 
Skills and Experience
- Experience of working within manufacturing and supporting recruitment campaigns at all levels, conducting competency interviews and developing assessment. 
- Experience of developing employer communications, social media sourcing highly desirable. Generalist HR advisory experience in relation to absence, disciplinary and grievance processes. 
- Strong system and excel skills, experience of working with a HR system to update and maintain records and MI
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
