Senior Insurance Account Executive – Hybrid Working –Positions in London & BirminghamSalary to 65k DOE + Bonus and Flexible Benefits
Our client is one of the World’s largest global Insurance and asset management Providers, operating in over 50 countries and have been trading over 150 years. Now due to continued expansion they are looking for a Senior Insurance Account Executive to join the Business – working from either the London or Birmingham office with Hybrid Working
Overview of the Position
· To take over an existing Book of Multinational Insurance Programmes ( Mainly with a Property bias)
· To ensure all your Multinational programmes are administered within the agreed SLA’s
including building good working relationships with other departments such as Client and Broker Relationship Management, Multinational Programmes Reinsurance, Underwriting, Compliance and Claims.
· To act as focal and coordination point for all internal and external stakeholders involved in the
servicing process for your allocated accounts, with a focus on programme structuring, servicing and networking.
· To liaise with external representatives in respect of any technical and administrative aspects relating to your areas of expertise such as Clients, Brokers, Cedants and Reinsurers.
· Ensuring the execution of the End-to-End servicing process of your allocated Multinational
Programmes and the operational performance according to the assigned SLAs
· Supporting the Underwriting in shaping the Program’s structure and identifying the best operational solutions in terms of Network capabilities, compliance and reinsurance constraints.
· Managing the Clients and Brokers’ requests and expectations, through direct interaction as
servicing market focal point for your allocated accounts and in coordination with Underwriting,
and other relevant functions.
Requirements
· Excellent knowledge of multinational programmes – structures and demands.
· Good knowledge of Insurance and reinsurance principles and operations.
· Fluent in English and other languages skills an advantage (Italian, French , Spanish).
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application package
· (Words/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
· Team player, calm, flexible, organised, self-motivated, self-confident and have initiative and able to prioritise workloads in order to achieve deadlines.
· Good telephone / written correspondence manner and able to interact and deal with people
· internally and externally, including persons with limited command of English in a confident, polite and effective manner.
· Progression towards professional Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications would be an advantage.
