We have a large database of existing clients and candidates, plus market leading cloud-based CRM and marketing tools.
 
We provide support with everything you need to ensure you can work independently, running your own business, and focus on recruiting / placing candidates and making money. This includes but not limited to;
-Provided with a regional database of clients and candidates
-Access to multiple leading job boards, for you to CV search and advertise jobs
-Access and unlimited use of cloud-based marketing software for e-marketing
-Dedicated IT team to assist you setting up your IT systems and software and any on-going IT problems.
-Use of legally drawn up TOB and other essential business policies
-Full back-office support, including administration services, client invoicing, credit control and fee chasing done for you.
-Professional call handling service for when you are not available to take calls
-Use of our national offices for meetings - Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and London
-Advice and guidance on the initial set up of your business, including recommendations for professional service providers, training on all the systems and recruitment tools.

We know that cash-flow is important when setting up and running your business, and also invoice financing can be an expensive option. So, we offer split-invoice payments, which means you can access part of your invoice before the client pays.
 
All the services we provide are available for you to use without monthly charges and you only pay for these when you make placements; we know that even experienced recruiters have blank months and we aim to take away the worry of escalating costs.
 
The specialisms we recruit within are HR, Accountancy, Procurement, Insurance and Financial Services; so if you are a recruiter with over 1 years’ experience in these markets and interested in setting up for yourself, then we are keen to speak to you.
