Job Information

We are recruiting for a Client and Adviser Support for our clients in Manchester who recently merged with a highly regarded firm of Wealth Managers. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office 2 from home. There may be some flexibility on this as well. Excellent benefits.

Experience in providing administrative support within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning firm

Experience in using Intelligent Office or XPlan would be advantageous

A professional and personable communicator who is comfortable dealing with clients

Able to work to deadlines whilst producing accurate work

An understanding of how a Financial Services firm operates

Some PA experience would be advantageous
