We are working with a well-established and growing Society / Charity, and they are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join the business ASAP.
 
This is a hybrid working role - 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.
 
Reporting into the HR Director and working as a part of a team of 4, the role will support c130 employees with all areas of HR and Recruitment. The role will provide generalist HR support across ER, HR advisory, on-boarding, business partnering and L&D, whilst also taking the lead on overseeing recruitment and effective recruitment processors for the business. Key duties will include;
 
-Reporting into the HR Director and working as part of a team of 4, providing HR support to a client group of 130 employees and overseeing a HR Coordinator.
-Supporting the business with all areas of generalist HR and business partnering, whilst also being the point of contact for recruitment and supporting stakeholders with this
-Overseeing recruitment - anything from 2-12 roles per month, which includes writing and updating JDs, screening and interviewing candidates, job evaluations and managing / overseeing the on-boarding process
-Be a point of contact for all HR related matters, providing advice guidance, coaching and HR best practice
-Supporting on a range of ER matters, including advice on disciplinaries, grievances and performance management
-Support on a range of people matters, including staff wellbeing, employee performance, family policies, inclusion, onboarding, learning & development etc
-Assist on HR policy development and various HR projects, supporting and deputising for the HR Director
-Oversee and check monthly payroll information.

For this role candidates will need to have proven HR experience at this level and ideally be CIPD Qualified or studying towards this.
 
Candidates will need to hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be confident working in a busy and autonomous HR role. Excellent scope to develop and take on more responsibility.
