We are working with a well-established Society, and they are looking for a keen and enthusiastic HR Coordinator / HR Administrator to join the business ASAP. This will either be straight permanent or 6 month contract to perm.
 
The role would be ideal for HR candidates with c2 year's experience, who are looking to work for a established business, working as part of an experienced team. The role is truly generalist and will have exposure to all areas of the employee life cycle, with great scope to develop and take on more responsibility. The firm will also support with candidates studying towards CIPD Qualification.
 
This is a hybrid working role - 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.
 
Reporting into the HR Advisor and providing support to c130 employees, the focus of the role is to provide generalist HR administration to the business and HR team, working in a fast paced and busy role. Key duties will include;
 
-Reporting into HR Advisor / HR Director and working as part of a team of 4, supporting 130 employees
-Provide generalist HR administration support, including on-boarding, off-boarding, recruitment, HR systems, payroll and benefits and L&D.
-Deal with 1st line HR queries from employees and stakeholders, escalating if necessary
-Assist with ensuring an efficient and appropriate end-to-end recruitment process for all employment applications received, including advertising, short-listing, organising interviews and tests, offer letters and on-boarding
-Managing the joiner and leaver processes
-Support on Training activities, including course bookings and training administration
-Update the HR system, including maintaining records, assisting producing monthly HR reports and audits
-Drafting routine HR letters and correspondence, including note taking on ER meetings.
-Payroll & benefits coordination, including input accurate people data, adding joiners and leavers, liaise with benefit providers and monthly payroll submissions.
-Ad-hoc HR projects work and supporting the HR Advisor and HR Director

For this role candidates will need to have proven HR Administration experience and be keen to pursue a career in HR. Ideally you will be studying towards CIPD (although this is not essential).
 
A confident, professional, and outgoing approach is required, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be liaising with stakeholders across the business and written communications must be highly accurate.
