Due to the continued growth, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our Clients’ Chartered Financial Practice based in Leeds.  This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a successful and thriving Financial Planning business to work alongside the existing team of Advisers, Paraplanners and Administrators.

 

·         Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Financial Planning Admin role

·         Experience of platforms such as Intelligent Office, Papercloud and Dynamic Planner (desirable although training will be given)

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·         Analysing and assisting with research for compiling Financial Planning reports

·         Handling client queries wherever possible on behalf of the Advisers

·         Servicing existing clients by providing valuations and portfolio updates as and when required

·         Issuing recommendation reports to clients, preparing illustrations and any paperwork required

·         Ensuring that all new business applications are processed accurately and efficiently, in a compliant manner to the firm’s standards.

·         Send letters of authority and gather accurate information
