Job Information

 We are recruiting for our client in Leeds City Centre for an experienced Junior IFA Administrator.

Ideally with 12 months experience. Salary £27,000. Good benefits

Supporting a small team of experienced Administrators, Paraplanners, Financial Advisers and Directors. Duties and responsibilities will include:

·         Processing new business applications across the key financial products

·         Submitting transactions and trade requests including fund switches on and off Platform

·         Obtaining illustrations and product literature

·         Obtaining Client Portfolio Valuations

·         Preparing review packs for client meetings

·         Acting as a key point of contact for clients and Financial Advisers/Directors

·         Liaising with products providers

·         Actioning Letters of Authority

·         Maintaining accurate client records
