We are working with a fantastic business who are recruiting for a People and Culture lead within their business. Ideal candidates will have experience within a similar role in the IT sector (or similar service based industry).

This role is hybrid - mainly home based, with travel to the office 1-2 days per week (or when needed).

The role is working alongside the HR Manager and will be focusing on initiatives that align with the business and people strategy. You will be working closely with line managers and enable them to feel confident about managing and motivating their teams. Key duties include:

-Acting as ambassador for the business culture and values
-Defining the strategy and operating model for the people framework
-Creating clear and measurable enablement frameworks for all employees
-Supporting, upskilling and guiding teams as well as ensuring reports have clear personal development plans
-Overseeing the compensation and benefits programs, including engagement surveys, job evaluations and benefits administration
-Continuously look for ways to ensure strong employee experience through life cycle, identifying and implementing initiatives
-Collaborating with account managers and technical leads to support resourcing of the right people
-Building relationships with employees and external partners
-Supporting social and cultural initiatives to build positive working environment that promotes employee engagement, productivity and wellbeing

Key Skills:
CIPD Level 5 or above
IT sector background
Strong experience within a similar role
