Trading for over 45 Years our client is able to provide insurance solutions in any territory globally and has its own network of offices in thirty countries with strong partnership agreements with professional insurance brokers in other territories.  

Due to continued expansion our client is now looking for a Head of Client Services to add to the business

To help our client to win new customers, lead the Client Service Team and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and insurers

• To lead and support the team  

• To interpret client needs identified and propose optimum insurance solutions

• To build and continuously enhance relationships with insurers

• To monitor insurer feedback surveys and take immediate action when necessary

• To ensure that brokers are fully and continuously appraised of all material facts in relation to each insurance programme

• To understand the range, advantages and limitations of insurance products available and their relevance to your clients

• To sign-off all broking presentations

• To identify new products and services based on emerging needs within our clientstarget customer groups

• To avoid errors and omissions or mitigate their impact by earliest reporting of potential claims

• To understand the UK regulatory environment as it applies to our clients and the fitness to comply with all requirements and report any shortcomings to the 

Managing Director with expediency

• To implement all personal objectives agreed with the line managers
