Job Information

Our client is a boutique, Fully Independent wealth planner and asset manager who require a PA to Director and team.

Purpose:

To provide exceptional quality PA and general administrative support to the Director and other members of a busy and successful client team. This is a demanding entry-level role that supports a team who deliver an outstanding holistic financial planning service to Private Clients.

Experience and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

         1+ years’ experience in a PA, administration or reception/front of house role

         Experience of delivering client service at the highest level and ideally use of a CRM system

         Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of Excel

         Ideally worked within a Wealth Management office previously

         Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an extremely high level of attention to detail.

Location and hybrid working: London (1-2 days per week; more during initial training/induction) with hybrid working flexibility.

 

Salary: £24-£28k, with a discretionary bonus and an excellent benefits package.

 

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, office hours 9am to 5.30pm. It may be necessary to

occasionally work outside of normal office hours in order to meet the demands of client meetings

and pressing deadlines.
