We are working with growing software business, and they are looking for a People Manager to join the team.
 
This role would be ideal for a senior HR Advisor, HRBP or HR Manager looking for a varied and hands on role, with excellent scope to develop and take on more responsibility. Ideally candidates will come from an IT, Tech, or Software business, although other professional service industries where high emotional intelligence is required, would also be suitable.
 
Reporting into the HR Director and working as part of a small team, the role will provide a proactive, high quality, client focused and effective generalist HR service to c150 UK and global employees. The role will encompass all aspects of operational HR, whilst also supporting the HR Director with the implementation of an effective HR strategy and involvement on key HR projects. Key duties and responsibilities will include;
 
-Managing all aspects of Human Resources operations and procedures both in the UK and internationally - c150 employees
-Work closely with the HR Director on key HR projects and HR Strategy, including Comp and Bens, Organisational Design, Employee Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion.
-Managing and improve HR systems, processes, and policies across the full employee lifecycle, including induction, onboarding, appraisals, recruitment etc
-Working with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment and retention of high calibre staff
-Providing HR advice, guidance, and HR best practice, advising and coaching managers to ensure they are equipped to manage their teams effectively
-Advising managers to ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and procedures
-Collating, interpreting, and presenting HR metrics and analytical people data to senior stakeholders
-Developing the employee appraisal and rewards process in collaboration with management and finance

For this role candidates will need to have proven experience at this level, and ideally be CIPD Level 7 Qualified.
 
This is a fast-paced role, where you will be expected to provide a professional and high-level HR service to stakeholders and build relationships; candidates must be proactive, hold strong communication and interpersonal skills and work to a high level of accuracy.
