We are working with a growing Investment Bank, and they are looking for an experienced HR Professional to join the business as a HR Manager / UK HR Business Partner.
 
The role would be ideal for a seasoned HR Business Partner or HR Manager who is looking for their next role, working in an autonomous and fast-paced position, with scope to develop and take on more responsibility.
 
Reporting into the MD and European HR Manager, the role will be the main point of contact for their growing London office, whilst also providing ad-hoc support to the European offices. The role will provide support across the full employee life cycle, providing a high-quality HR service to the business. In addition to all operational areas of HR, the role will also encompass employer branding, talent attraction, employee engagement, performance management, reward, diversity & inclusion, and L&D activities.
 
Key duties will include;
 
-Reporting into the MD and European HR Manager and acting as the main HR point of contact for the London branch.
-Working in a stand-alone capacity (with some admin support), providing HR support to c110 employees in the London branch and ad-hoc support to European offices c400 employees. Split is 80% London and 20% International
-Provide professional support and HR advice to the senior leadership and management team, to increase knowledge, share HR best practice and to ensure that relevant professional standards are met which are aligned to business objectives
-Support across all operational areas of HR, including on-boarding, day to day advice and guidance, recruitment, talent management, starters, leavers, onboarding, ER and performance management
-Support and lead on core HR areas including Employee Engagement, Comp & Bens processors, employee branding and DEI activities.
-Supporting with talent management and recruitment activities, including internships and on-going growth plans for the branch.
-Support related compensation and benefits processes
-Drive implementation of engagement survey action items and DEI activities
-Support and execute performance management and promotional processes including development initiatives, mentoring and secondment programmes.
-Support the business with the implementation of a new HR system
-Coordinate and liaise on Training and Development initiatives in close collaboration with the European teams
-Various ad-hoc HR projects both in the UK and wider European offices.

For this role candidates will need to have proven HR experience at this level and have ideally worked in a professional services or high performance and fast paced industry.
 
Candidates will need to hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be confident, agile, and comfortable working in a highly professional and fast-moving commercial environment.
