Appointed Insurance Represented Position – Salaried for the first 22 Months
 
We now have a new opportunity as an Appointed Representative (AR), for those wishing to prosper as an independent broker within the UK insurance market.

After 22 Months split of the income on Renewals and New Business 
 
Rather than following the standard route of instantly becoming an Appointed Representative and having to struggle to build a business whilst under covenant, the account executive joins our client on an employed basis, as a Broking Partner Designate.  
 
Whilst you are in the role you can access 22 months of help in getting your business plan, client base and sales and marketing tactics in place and can test the waters of self-employment, to assess whether it would suit.  
 
Quite simply, no other network can offer an account executive this opportunity, because they do not have the direct sales team to make it work. Our Client has leveraged its unique selling point as a network in order to create this opportunity.  
 
If you take up this option, You will no longer be directly authorised by the FCA and have to tackle the reporting burden that this status brings. Instead, you will carry on running your brokerages but as an appointed representative having much stress taken off your shoulders and fantastic access to insurance markets provided, along with IT, PI insurance, full back-office support, accounting services and much more.  Those who have been through this process cannot speak highly enough of the reboot it provides.
