Insurance Commercial Account Handler – North Leicester
Salary to 40k DOE + Bonus and Flexible Benefits and Hybrid Working available

Our client is a leading independent Insurance Broker based in North Leicester who due to continued expansion are now looking for an experienced commercial account handler to add to the team

As a Commercial Insurance Account Handler you will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of Commercial clients throughout the year: -

Main Duties and Objectives

• Managing renewals negotiations with insurers

• Presenting renewal terms for clients

• Collating appropriate letters and reports in accordance with the procedure

• Dealing with mid-term alterations

• Chasing debt in accordance with the process

• Work in collaboration with the claims department in order to provide a good claims service.

• Use the database to upload risk details for presentation

• Negotiate quotes for new business prospects

• Create cross selling opportunities with existing clients and new business cases

• Encourage and support staff to drive sales within the business.

• Previous use of the Acturis system is desirable but not essential.
