Senior HR Officer

Full-time, permanent, based in Leeds (LS10) 
Salary:  Up to £35k DOE
Reporting to:  Head of HR 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic HR generalist to join an established and experience HR team within a progressive and dynamic organisation, The Senior HR Officer will be responsible for supporting the Head of HR in delivering all HR activities across the business and providing advice and assistance to line managers and staff.

Key Person Requirements

The successful applicant is likely to have experience of the following:

- Relevant HR generalist experience
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (minimum) or equivalent
- Full employee lifecycle experience
- Understanding of relevant employment legislation
- Significant employee relations experience
- TUPE and organisational restructuring
- Absence Management
- Recruitment and retention
- An understanding of a holistic approach to recruitment
- Training and development
- Experience of coaching, mentoring and training employees and managers 
- Providing support to all employees
