The role will be working closely with the CFO, Financial Controller and team and will be responsible for the accounting subsidiaries, the Group management reporting, budgeting, and monthly cost control. In addition, lead any financial projects and the annual audit.

 

 

• Lead on the annual budget and ongoing monthly cost control/departmental and / or ad hoc reporting.

• Be responsible for the full accounting process of the business subsidiary.

• Be responsible for the financial input into any Company wide project, system, or change 

• Own the daily sales reporting process, continue to enhance this report driving business understanding and influencing decision making.

• Be the point of contact for the annual audit process for the Group.

• For the business subsidiaries, action any routine tax, VAT and other related issues as required, including regular returns to HMRC.

• Work with the team to ensure timely submission of results / forecasts for all reporting deadlines.

• Be the gatekeeper and control over the Group contractual and other obligations

• Setup and maintain full and transparent accounting records supporting the Exchequer transactions.

• Ensure all system and accounting records are accurate and that the team are maintaining control reconciliations between any internal and external parties and that these balances agree to the General Ledger.

 

 

• Qualified of QBE Accountant

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft excel.

• Demonstrates high levels of ownership and responsibility.

• Experience with Operating and Accounting systems.

• Motivated, expressive, and committed persona.

• Displays a good level of self-awareness.

• Hybrid option 1 day per week WFH after probation
