Job Information
A small and friendly IFA in Ilford is looking for an experienced administrator/Paraplanner to join their team. They have been established for nearly 40 years
Duties for this role include: -
- Assisting two Financial Advisers design and deliver financial solutions for the firms new and existing clients
- Creating suitability reports for life, pension and investment solutions
- Creating and maintaining accurate records on the firm’s back-office system for both new and existing policies
- Undertaking product research to support Financial Adviser recommendations
This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator/Paraplanner, so they can build on their existing skills, knowledge and experience within the Financial Services sector. Therefore, the skills and experience required for the role are as follows: -
- Over 3 years’ experience working within an IFA environment
- Good technical knowledge of Financial Services products
- A working knowledge of Intelliflo, Dynamic Planner, Genovo and O&M would be preferable
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow within the firm and study towards further professional qualifications.
A competitive salary is on offer dependent on experience, skills and qualifications but is likely to be £35,000 range plus excellent staff benefits.
The role will be office based for training and then remotely with occasional visits to the office so your location will need to be within easy access.
