 Commercial Insurance Account Handler – Remote Working

Location – Remote Working Position – Office in South East England

Salary – up to 35k basic (DOE)–  Annual bonus, Pension,   

Our client is a leading Independent Broker who is Looking for an experienced SME Commercial Account Handler to service a mixed cross class renewal book of SME Commercial Business

The Position is Fully Remote which can allow you the flexibility you are looking for in your new role – Experience using the Acturis Trading Platform is essential for this position

Our client trades on an open market policy allowing access to all markets to provide the client base with the most competitive terms and cover available on the market.

The role of Account Handler – General Insurance:

·         Build strong relationships with clients

·         Understand all of their general insurance needs across Commercial Combined, Goods in transit, Liability, Commercial Fleet and Haulier, Professional Indemnity  

·         Dealing with premiums of £5000 – £200,000

·         Liaise with insurers to find the best deal for your client

·         Present the options back to your client and close the deal

The Requirements of the Account Handler – General Insurance:

·         A strong background of General Insurance

·         CII Qualified desirable but not essential

·         Acturis Experience is Essential for this position

·         Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
