We are working with a well-established global software business, and they are looking for an Internal recruiter to join the business ASAP.
 
The role would be ideal for an agency recruiter who is looking to move into an internal position, or an internal recruiter who has experience of high-volume recruitment or graduate recruitment.
 
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office and 2 days home.
 
Reporting into the Head of HR and working as part of the HR function, the role will have responsibility for supporting the business with graduate recruitment activities (c100 hires per year). It will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process / recruitment cycle from start to finish, including ensuring best recruitment practices are followed, a positive candidate experience is experienced and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on recruitment metrics.
 
Key duties will include;
 
Working as part of a busy HR team reporting into the Head of HR and initially working in a sole capacity managing all aspects of graduate recruitment - c100 roles per year
Build strong relationships and work closely with hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs and develop strategies accordingly
Create and maintain relationships with universities and other organisations to build strong talent pipelines for our current and future hiring needs
Proactively source and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, university career fairs, and networking events
Work with the marketing team and oversee the management of the brand message to ensure that a consistent message is communicated across all channels in the market
Plan interview and selection procedures, conduct initial screening interviews and assessments of potential candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, cultural fit
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback to candidates
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to time-to-hire, diversity and inclusion and candidate experience
Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to senior management on a regular basis
Have an in-depth understating of recruitment best practices to identify and attract the best entry-level talent through direct hiring
Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and KPI’s are achieved
For this role candidates will need to have recruitment experience - ideally agency experience (temp or perm) or have worked in a busy and fast paced environment, managing high volume recruitment. Knowledge and experience within graduate recruitment or IT, Technology, Start-up or similar industry would be advantageous.
 
There is excellent scope to develop and progress within the role, as currently there is no Recruitment Manager, so holds lots of opportunity to make the role your own and take on more responsibility.
 
Candidates will need to hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be confident working in a busy and fast paced role.
 
It is essential that candidates are data driven, and can prepare, review, and analyse key recruitment figures and then make informed decisions to improve processes and report on performance to senior management.
