We are working with a leading and well established services based company and they are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisor's to join one of their key departments.

These roles are an immediate need, so candidates will need to be either immediately available or can start on short notice.

You will play an essential role in listening to, supporting and engaging with customers - this is a role with real variety and challenge. Your responsibilities will include discussing customer’s needs and carrying out their transactions. All of this will be completed with the aim of delivering an excellent service, whilst also spotting opportunities to achieve targets.

For this role it is essential that candidates are confident, motivated and enjoy talking to customers. If you are a team player, friendly, able to use your initiative and have commercial awareness, multi-transactional experience and willingness to learn - we want to hear from you for this role.

Key experience / Duties;
•Experience of working within a customer service centre environment
•Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and customer service skills
•Experience of dealing with high volume, multi-channel customer queries
•Target orientated, Willingness to learn and a great team player with a flexible approach to work
•First point of contact for customers
•Guide and help them find the right products and services, or to a colleague who will be able to advise them further
•Maintain a good relationship to encourage future sales
•Generate a minimum number of sales leads
•Contact customers to discuss their needs and arrange appointments for where necessary
•Book a set number of appointments and handle a quota of customer queries
•Follow legal compliance procedures and adhere core values, in interaction with both customers and colleagues.
•Update both customer files and your diary after each action
•Action postal/fax/e-mail correspondence where necessary
