Our client is a large services based organisation and due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced group reporting accountant.

Working as part of the group accounting team, the main focus of the role will involve preparing consolidated accounts and management reporting for the group operating divisions. Reporting into the Head of Group Reporting key duties will include;

•Preparing management accounts for the group, including analysis and reporting on actual vs forecasts
•Production of group annual and half yearly statutory accounts, including analysis and reporting
•Consolidation of accounts for the group, including review of results and liaising with divisions to discuss figures
•Providing technical support and advice to the divisions within the business
•Liaison with the auditors as part of the year-end audit process, in addition to compiling information for the Office of National Statistics returns

For this role candidates will need to have proven experience working within a large organisation and ideally have worked in a group reporting of head-office accounting role.

It is essential that candidates are full qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA and have strong technical accounting experience.
