Job Information

We are currently working with an established and growing accountancy firm and they are looking for an Accountant to join the team- ideally who speaks fluent Italian.

The role will involve working as part of a team and will involve preparing accounts for a number of clients. Key duties will include;

-Day to day bookkeeping- for around 30 clients (upto 1m TO)
-Purchase and sales ledger
-Invoicing and payments
-Accounts upto Trial balance
-Bank reconciliation
-Preparing monthly accounts
-Assisting with Year-End accounting
-Prepare quarterly VAT
-Dealing with any queries from the client

For this role candidates must have experience within an accounting firm and have proven technical accounting experience. Candidates cans either be Part-Qualified ACCA/ACA or be QBE (Qualified by Experience).

The ideal candidate will possess good communication and customer service skills, be confident with dealing with a large number of clients.

Speaking Italian as first or second language will be preferable but not essential.
