Our Client is an established, reputable and expanding Broker based in the Birmingham area. They are currently looking for a Commercial Office Manager / Executive PA to join their team.

Main duties will include but are not limited to; managing the general day to day operations of the office whilst providing specific PA services to the directors.

Within the above, the successful incumbent will be responsible for providing note taking services in meetings when requested, arranging appointments as required, managing and monitoring Directors emails, including distribution to others when directors are away from the office, monitoring office equipment, ordering stationary when required and general staff management including holiday coverage.

Also included in responsibilities will be performance review process, monitoring handbook policies and general compliance related tasks.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, top level organisation skills, be smart and professional in their appearance and have the ability to prioritise and multi task.

A background in PA and Office Management is considered essential for this role, with a HR qualification or experience being advantageous. GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English is essential as well as strong IT skills.
