Job Information

Due to a team restructure, this fantastic opportunity has arisen with the Group HR Function. Reporting to the Head of HR, your main responsibilities will include:

- Provide support in all aspects of recruitment
- Provide support to learning and development team
- Provide ad-hoc PA/administrative support to the group services HR team
- Co-ordinate induction for work experience and agency workers
- Maintain a record of agency workers in group services
- Support the policy and reward analyst by inputting data to HR Cascade
- Record sickness absence messages for employees in group services
- Support the delivery and co-ordination of ad hoc HR projects
- Organise regular HR team meetings and take meeting notes where necessary
- Responsibility for the HR scanning system for HR group services, ensuring that all files are kept up to date with relevant and accurate information
- Co-ordinate the organisation and facilitation of long service awards
