My client, based in the Waterloo area, is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their growing team. This position, within a property management company, is a vital to the department and combines accountancy functions as well administration duties. Within a team of four, this position reports in the Property Accountant.Main duties:
Inputting sales and purchase ledger invoices
Processing payments (BACS)
Reconciliations
Dealing with petty cash
Credit control
Assisting with Payroll
Assisting with HR duties (updating records & recruitment assistance)
Ad hoc administration
Ideal candidate:
2+ years in a Finance Administrator role
Experience of working on Payroll
Proficient with MS Office : particularly Excel
Working knowledge of Sage
