Accounts Manager- 9-12mth maternity coverI am looking to recruit an accounts manager for a maternity cover contract. You would be working for a well-established and trusted supplier. You will be leading a team of 3 accounts staff undertaking the following duties:

Cashier Function
Purchase Ledger
Sales Ledger
General Ledger
Petty Cash
As an accounts manager you will need to be proactive, efficient, motivated and determined to do well.Your daily duties will include but not exhaustive of:

Managing the accounts team (currently only 4 staff members)
Produce management accounts
Weekly/monthly cash flow
Work to deadlines to provide monthly/quarterly and annual accounts
Oversee the training and development of the team
Staying calm under pressure
Being able to prioritise an extensive workload effectively
Required to use Sage 200 and 50 accounts
Prepare monthly financial information and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
To apply for this role you must have the following:

AAT L4 Qualified
Minimum of 2 years` experience of working in an Accounts Manager role.
Educated to GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths and English
Knowledge of Sage 200 and 50
Educated to Degree standard is desirable but not essential
Management experience with a team of 3+ is desirable but not essential
Experience running multi-company accounts is desirable but not essential
