Our client is a leading specialist in key Recovery and provides a full incident recover service.
They offer a high level of customer care and a fast, easy to access responsive service from a network of approved locksmiths which are reliable and to their high standards. They own a UK based call centre which means that they can ensure that all customers can quickly access real help and support from real people at any time.
They are looking for Customer Service Representatives for their Shipley Office providing outstanding service to customers, for this role you should have:-
• Good computer and keyboard skills
• A good level of administration skills
• Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
• Good organisational skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Experience of customer service - desirable
• A genuine interest in helping customers
• A polite, thoughtful and friendly attitude
• Patience and calmness under pressure
• The ability to handle complaints and difficult situations

Shifts would be from 6 pm - 10 pm Monday to Friday, 3pm - 7 pm on a Saturday and 10 am - 4 pm on a Sunday on a rotation basis
