Mortgage Broker/Mortgage Advisor : Brokerage based - Leeds



A small brokerage on the Outskirts of Leeds are looking to expand their friendly and professional team by adding a mortgage broker to become even more successful. The ideal candidate will be as follows:

• Will be CeMAP or CF1 and CF6 qualified
• Will need to have sales experience specifically in self generation of leads. (Ideally with a client bank)
• Working to mortgage, protection and conversion targets
• Dealing with customers over the phone and face to face
• Knowledge of the mortgage market
• Ideally have 2 years’ experience in mortgage advice
• Ability to work using own initiative
• Ideally will also have 1 years’ whole of market experience
• Have worked as a mortgage broker/advisor since MMR changes


There is potential within the company for progression and full support is offered to help with your development.

Basic Salary starting at £30,000 with realistic OTE of £68,000. A full benefits package is available including pension, income protection and 6 weeks' holiday.
