Customer Demand AnalystPURPOSE OF ROLE
To administer Supply Chain processes relating Inter-company and Export, undertake Supply Chain analysis and reporting and support the Supply chain Systems Manager with company data processes.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Inter-Company & Export Stock Monitoring, Demand Management and Order Processing
• Customer Demand (Weekly & Monthly Forecast & Demand Review Processes, Customer Engagement & Analysis, Customer Order Availability and Customer KPI Reporting & Analysis)
• Management of Supply Chain ISO 9001 Processes
• Administration of customer and product Master Data
• Assist with EDI Project testing
• PO creation for Inter-Company & Export costs
• Supply Chain and EDI monthly reporting
• International cost reporting
• Absence cover for Supply Chain Systems Assistant
PERSON SPECIFICATION
• Experience working in a busy Customer Operations or customer Service function is essential Experience handling Export orders / documentation is desirable
• You must be used to working with Excel and experience of SAP / EDI Systems would be beneficial
• We are looking for someone with a high degree of attention to detail, highly numerate, pro-active and well organised
