They now have an exciting opportunity to join their friendly and supportive team as an Independent Financial Adviser, due to another adviser retiring, on either an employed or self employed basis.


Responsibilities of a Financial Planner/IFA:

• Analysing existing client data and identifying where the firm can add value for the client
• Provide a Holistic Financial planning experience to new and existing clients
• Create new business through self generation.
• Ensuring a customer centric approach is adhered to on a daily basis
• Overseeing support staff to ensure efficiency and support other areas of the business when necessary
• To ensure all compliance requirements are met
• Building relationships with clients and businesses
• Ensuring the company is kept up to date on market and regulation changes
• Supporting the company’s growth.


Are you a Financial Adviser, Wealth Manager, Financial Planner, Wealth Adviser, Wealth Planner, Chartered Financial Adviser or Chartered Financial Planner£

Requirements for a Financial Planner/IFA

• Level 4 Diploma qualified
• At least 5 years’ experience providing financial advice and support within a Wealth Management, IFA or Financial Planning Firm
• Proven ability to implement process changes
• Track record of ability to work compliantly
• Experience of attracting new business
• Able to liaise with clients and third party providers in a professional and efficient manner
• Track record of successful self-generation in a previous advisory role
• Excellent communicator, problem solver, organized, knowledgeable and technically minded individual
