My South West London based client is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join their busy hands on team. The role will be reporting into the Business Planning Manager who is looking for an articulate and hardworking candidate who is comfortable dealing with all levels within an organisation. You will be assisting the Manager on a day to day basis with planning and analysing the business.

Duties will include:

Producing costing information on a monthly basis

•
Producing tender costing for contract renewals and potential new business

•
Comparing tender prices with competitor analysis

•
Reporting data and trend analysis

•
Producing variance analysis at period end and investigating causes

•
Preparing account pack summaries with explanations for variances

•
Assisting with quarterly forecasting and annual corporate plan and budget preparation

•
Preparing detailed models for costs and overheads

•
Working capital forecasts

•
Assisting with pay claim costing

•
Meeting management requirements on a day to day basis



Key skills:

•
Preferably working towards a qualification

•
Strong Excel skills including VLook ups, pivot tables

•
Excellent numerical skills with accuracy and attention to details



Offering competitive salary of £35k - £40k dependent on experience
