Commercial Account Handler

I am working with a leading National brokerage based in Stockport town centre who have new vacancies to join their SME division.

Interviews available immediately with the Salary up to £25,000 + excellent benefits.

Main responsibilities will include providing exceptional service to new and existing customers over the telephone whilst dealing with their queries, contributing to team targets through selling of policies and processing policy amendments / inviting renewals.

If you have;

• A great working knowledge of most Commercial classes of insurance
• The ability to work well within a team environment but using your own initiative to succeed
• Desire to apply yourself and develop your own skillset within the role
• Acturis experience is beneficial but not essential
• Cert CII qualification or working towards is beneficial
• A confident and professional personality

This is an exciting and challenging role for someone looking to further develop their career within the insurance industry. To be successful you will need to have the enthusiasm and interest in maintaining professional relationships with clients, insurers and colleagues, whilst providing excellent customer service.
