Job Information
Our client is looking for an experienced Call Assessor or Quality Monitoring Executive to join their friendly team in Leeds. Our client is a growing business who offers their customers a new generation of innovative and competitive insurance products.
Role Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to carefully monitor and audit compliance, competency and high standards across the sales and service teams. You will listen to calls and conduct quality call monitoring for the operational team and ensure that they adhere to best practice protocols and guidelines. You may also be asked to give face-to-face feedback and coach operational staff to promote a standard of excellence in call handling.
Do you have what it takes?
• A drive to deliver excellence and high attention to detail are vital.
• Previous experience in a similar role is required, preferably in a regulatory/call centre environment
• You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and will be able to communicate and build relationships across all organisational levels in the business
• You will need to be well organised with the ability to work independently
• You will have the ability to understand and adhere to laws, regulations, audit procedures and compliance processes.
