Job Information

I am currently recruiting for a purchase ledger clerk position for a small group with 4 entities to the business, where you will be managing the ledger on a day to day basis. This is a fairly small team so looking for candidates who can work in a hands on position. The role will include:

The role will include:

• Processing and reconciling of invoices
• Preparing payment lists for approach
• Posting payments
• Sales journals
• Reconciling supplier statements on monthly basis

You will also be trained to assist with the monthly payroll so previous experience is not essential.

Key skills:

• Processing of invoices experience
• Personable and team player

Systems used:

• Xero (similar to Sage line 50) as well as Sage Payroll

Salary:

• £25 - £28k dependent on experience
