Data & Dialler Supervisor

To be responsible for the flow of data into the New Business teams within the telephone contact centre.

To ensure that commercial needs for this flow of data are met and that the operations are compatible with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

• Create and manage a pipeline of relevant and accurate data into the business.



• Operate within a specified budget.



• For outbound contact, ensure that the data flows via the dialler system to the appropriate teams in the appropriate quantities.



• For inbound contact, ensure that the calls are effectively routed to the appropriate teams.



• Contribute towards planning and prioritising activities that meet current and future business requirements.



• Track the source and type of data through the dialler and produce a critical analysis of data performance.



• Contribute to the establishment and monitoring of performance against KPIs.



• To provide statistical analysis of data trends and outcomes.



• To become familiar with the detail of the dialler system; manage, maintain and maximise its use.



• To liaise effectively with our SQL developers at a technical level.



• To have a sound knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of operating and inbound/outbound dialler.



• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal staff members and external bodies.



Requirements

Educated to at least GCSE standard
Significant experience gained within a similar role
Demonstrate ownership of the responsibilities listed
Advanced Excel skills - SQL query (user) skills
Good organisational and reporting skills
Excellent communication skills
Proactive approach
