Job Information

Our client is a leading insurance broker in West Yorkshire who are seeking to appoint an experienced Telemarketing professional to join their succesful and friendly team. You will be generating new business leads and quotation opportunities.

You will need experience of outbound telemarketing and ideally experience speaking to Directors and Business Owners. No previous insurance experience is needed and full training will be provided.

The role will be reporting in to the Director of the company and there are fantastic opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed agreed volume of new business leads.
• Achieve outbounding and cross selling targets.
• Ensure familiarisation with products and providers across the group.
• Direct enquiries to the relevant internal teams.
• Returning telephone calls.
• Run a prompt and efficient diary system.
• Act in utmost good faith, in accordance with the relevant Company and/or Group policies and never risk the Company’s reputation

Requirements

• Ability to meet needs with benefits and secure commitment from Customers.
• Ability to persuade clients to speak to Sales Team and win business for the Department.
• Ability to plan and execute agreed action with minimal supervision.
