We have a new opportunity for an experienced Account Handler to join our SME team in Leeds Centre.

Our SME team is dedicated to sourcing and recommending the very best insurance solutions for small to medium enterprises.

The role

As Account Handler, your focus will be to support our clients and maximise business opportunities.

You will create client prospect presentations to forward to Insurers, and negotiate premiums and cover in line with your clients’ requirements. You will provide technical advice and opinion on clients’ insurance programmes, to ensure that best advice is offered at all times.

Client satisfaction is a key priority in this role, we are looking for a strong relationship builder, whose technical and personal credibility consistently retains clients.

You will have a comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance products and have a performance history of delivering business targets. You will ensure all client instructions and requirements are handled promptly and accurately, and maintain communication and understanding through accurate reports and summaries for them.
